In light of the current situation with Coronavirus (Covid-19), we would like to reassure you that Breydons Solicitors Ltd is still open for business and remain committed to a providing an excellent level of service to all of our clients.  We are still very much here to help you.

The health and wellbeing of our staff and clients is important to us and we are closely monitoring the situation and will be following all relevant government advice:

In order to minimise the risk of exposure and spread of Covid-19 we have decided to close our offices. Following government advice many of our employees are working remotely. There will be no physical access to the office until further notice. We are still able to take instructions and for any new or ongoing clients, you can contact us via telephone by calling 01603 616000 or by sending us an email to: breydons@breydonssolicitors.co.uk

We are following guidance from individual courts as to how hearings are to be conducted. Please be informed that most court cases have been adjourned and the courts will be writing to you with your new court date. If you are currently on bail with conditions, these conditions will continue until your next court date. If you breach these conditions you may be arrested and held in custody until the conclusion of your case.

Any changes in Government guidance may result in further changes being made and we will keep you updated with any changes to the above.

Thank you in advance for your continued co-operation and we hope that you and your families remain well.
